Can the AI collect information through forms?

Yes. When a workflow needs specific inputs before it can proceed, the AI generates a form inside the chat thread: an order number and email for a lookup, details for a back-in-stock subscription, whatever fields the enabled workflow requires. No external form, and no asking the shopper to repeat details in free text.

Submissions go straight into the tool

Submitted data feeds the matching tool automatically. Order lookup can run with the number and email the customer provided; back-in-stock and similar sign-up flows record the request from the collected fields. If a required field is missing or invalid, the customer corrects it in chat before the tool runs, which means fewer failed lookups and fewer repeat messages landing in your inbox.

Your team sees the outcome in the conversation timeline alongside the AI's other tool usage. Structured input makes audits and handoffs clearer than a pasted blob of free text an agent has to decode.

There's no form builder to maintain

Forms are driven by the tools and workflows you enable. Enable the tools your team supports operationally, describe how they should behave in merchant instructions, and run a full test submission on your development or production store before you rely on it.
