Simple Chat is the Shopify App Store app by SA Inc. for AI chat and email support. Use this page to reach the team about setup, billing, privacy, security, or a store that is already running the app.

Email support

Email support@simple-chat.com. Include your Shopify store domain, the topic (billing, install, a conversation, privacy, or security), and any order or ticket IDs we should look up. We reply to merchant support mail on business days.

We are usually online Monday to Friday, 10am–4pm Eastern Time.

Before you write

Do not send end-customer support requests here. Shoppers should contact the merchant whose store they bought from. Simple Chat processes those conversations inside that merchant's Shopify Admin.
