PDF transcripts, restock signups, and safer addresses

This release adds PDF export for conversation transcripts and makes restock signups, address changes, and tracking more reliable for customers. Chat now finds PO-box FAQs, answers recipe questions from your store knowledge, and sends contextual monitoring replies instead of a canned acknowledgement.
