How do I install Simple Chat?

Installing Simple Chat is straightforward from the Shopify App Store. After you connect the app, onboarding walks you through the essentials so you can start answering customers quickly.

You do not need custom code or a developer to complete a basic install—the app is designed for merchants to enable the widget, connect store data, and configure support from the admin.

Install from the App Store

  1. Open the Shopify App Store and search for Simple Chat.
  2. Install the app on your store and approve the permissions Shopify requires for support features.
  3. Open Simple Chat from your Shopify admin to begin onboarding.
