The inbox sidebar is redesigned with collapsible sections and follow-up scheduling, customers can subscribe to back-in-stock emails, and staff can undo a sent email for five seconds. Slack alerts, replacement-order proposals, and forwarded email replies also match what merchants and customers actually see.
