Yes. Simple Chat is built as a Shopify-approved app and follows Shopify's security requirements. Customer data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and data protection commitments. We act as a data processor on your behalf—your customers' data is used solely for providing support through your store.

Configure the app for your support workflows knowing customer messages and order context serve that purpose.
