Dashboard stays live, mis-shipment checks get more accurate

The dashboard now stays connected when you switch pages or leave an empty inbox in the background, so new conversations still appear without a refresh. Mis-shipment detection also treats address problems more accurately instead of flagging them as mis-shipments.
