Does Simple Chat work at checkout?
Yes, on Shopify Plus. Simple Chat's checkout extension lets customers ask for help on the checkout and thank-you pages.
They can continue the conversation while completing their purchase or ask a question after placing the order. Check your Shopify plan before relying on checkout chat; the storefront widget is available separately.
