When a shopper mentions outdated saved card details after checkout, Simple Chat no longer holds a paid order or sends it to staff—the charge already succeeded, so a hold only delayed shipment. Product lookup now matches named SKUs instead of generic category words, so a missing or mistyped name no longer returns an unrelated item from the same category.
