More accurate replacements and warehouse holds

When a customer or staff names a replacement product, Simple Chat now finds the matching catalog item instead of guessing, and common size or color words no longer pick the wrong one. Warehouse holds can also release after a same-quantity swap, because only items still on the Shopify order are counted.
