Is there a free tier?

Development stores can test Simple Chat for free. Live stores need a paid usage plan.

There's no monthly subscription charge. Standard costs $0.29 per AI resolution and Premium costs $0.89, capped at $5,000 per 30-day billing period from billing acceptance.

A live store with no billable AI resolutions has no usage charge for that period. Free development testing doesn't provide unlimited free use once the store goes live.
