How do I log in to Simple Chat?

Simple Chat doesn't have a separate login. You open it in Shopify Admin with the Shopify account you use for your store.

1. Log in to Shopify Admin for your store.
2. Click Apps in the sidebar.
3. Choose Simple Chat.

The dashboard address is admin.shopify.com/store/your-store/apps/simple-chat, where your-store is your store's handle. You can bookmark it.

If you can't find Simple Chat

If Simple Chat isn't in your list of apps, it isn't installed on that store. If you manage more than one store, check that you're logged in to the store where you installed it. To add it to a store, install it from the Shopify App Store.

Staff need the required Shopify app permissions to open Simple Chat. If a staff member can't see it, the store owner can give them access in Shopify Admin. Simple Chat has no per-seat fee.
